Autumn Equinox Generating Gratitude

We are blessed with the bounty of the Earth, and Autumn is an excellent time to show gratitude for all we have manifested into being, the seeds we planted in the spring that grew into an abundant harvest, literally and metaphorically. It’s also a time to celebrate balance, the balance between day and night, between summer heat and winter cold.
